What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. This site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter signup, no comment system and no advertising network. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details, and no form on this site sends us anything.

What your browser stores

One item, and only if you use it: when you dismiss the booking bar at the bottom of the screen, that choice is saved in your browser's sessionStorage so it does not reappear on every page. It clears when you close the tab, it never leaves your device, and it never reaches us.

Third parties

The route search boxes are supplied by 12Go, our booking partner. They load from 12Go's servers, which means 12Go can see that a request came from your browser and may set its own cookies inside that widget. That is governed by 12Go's privacy policy, not ours. You load the widget even if you never type in it, so treat any page with a search form as a page where 12Go sees a request.

When you follow a booking link you leave this site and continue on 12Go under their terms.

Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, so no font request reaches a third party. Images, styles and scripts are all served from this domain.

Hosting and logs

The site is served as static files through Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. We do not query, export or analyse those logs to profile visitors.

If you email us

Mail sent to contact@laosbustickets.com reaches an ordinary mailbox. We keep it while it is useful, usually to fix something you told us was wrong, and we do not add you to any list.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about visitors, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, ask and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the verification date at the top of this page changes with it.
